Mauritania sits on some of the richest fishing grounds on the planet. Yet too many buyers have been burned by long, opaque supply chains, where product passes through so many hands that no one is responsible for what arrives.
We built Pez Fresco Group the other way around. Instead of buying and reselling, we invested in our own vessels, our own processing and freezing, and our own export operation.
