When you request a quote, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), country, business type, the product you are interested in, preferred Incoterm, volume, destination port and any notes you add. When you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
Our hosting and security providers also process basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the website and protect it against spam and abuse. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell personal data.
For visitors in the European Union, the United Kingdom and other places with similar laws, we rely on the following grounds: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract; our legitimate interest in business-to-business communication and in keeping the website secure; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where we ask for it.
