Pez Fresco Group operates its own fishing vessels in Mauritanian waters, catching wild stocks with nets, lines and pots, matched to each species. Because we harvest the catch ourselves, origin is never a guess: we know the vessel, the fishing area and the date for every lot that enters our plant.
The catch comes straight from our boats into our own plant. Our team sorts, grades and packs each species to the size bands, glazing and carton formats your market expects, and labels every carton for traceability.
Product is frozen whole in our facility close to the point of catch, then finished with an even, protective ice glaze that seals in texture, colour and yield. It stays in our own cold storage until it is loaded, with no third-party warehouse in between.
Our export team loads 40ft reefer containers at Nouakchott or Nouadhibou and prepares the documents for each shipment. Choose EXW, FOB or CIF, and we handle as much or as little of the journey as you need.
